Fix New Indian Currency Rupee Symbol Correctly in WooCommerce

Recently a new symbol was introduced for the Indian Currency Rupee. Woo-commerce already supports this symbol, but most of the time it shows a box. This is because of lack of support for this new symbol. One way to fix this issue is to replace the Rupee symbol with Rs.

Save the WooCommerce settings once and the front-end will show the Rs. instead of the Rupee symbol.
